“That’s it! My copier’s fax line is broken.”

Before you throw in the towel, let’s discuss the common fax issues we see people experience, and how we can provide a solution.

If you purchased the fax option with a copier of ours, the service analyst will set up and configure your fax to work with your analog line provided by your phone carrier when the machine is installed.

Fax problems should be few and far between. When they do occur, they often aren’t an issue with your copier at all.

That being said, it’s worth discussing the four most common fax related questions we have received over the years.

1. My fax isn’t working, will someone come to fix it?

When calling about fax issues there are several diagnostic questions our service team will ask to identify the problem.

Will I Be Trained on My New Copier/Printer?

Submitted by Joel Metzler on

After you’ve gone through the process of picking out the perfect copier/printer for your business needs, you’ll need to know how to use it. Luckily, we make sure you are trained and ready to confidently use your new machine.

If included in the purchase, which it usually is, one of our service technicians will train you after they install the machine. You’ll learn about the features, machine parts, consumables and how to replace them, and who to call if you need future service or assistance with the machine.

While the service technician is there, take advantage of this opportunity to ask questions. We want you to feel comfortable operating the machine. After training, you’ll sign off on a form that states you were trained and are satisfied with the machine
